Lovely floral display in a vase, delivered on time

Brilliant flowers and service. I ordered flowers for same day delivery with no issues at all. The florist also sent me a photograph of the flowers they delivered to the recipient. I phoned mid afternoon to check delivery status and they were very polite. Thank you, highly recommend and will use again!

Good value for money arrived on time very pleased

I have had an amazing experience with Chelmer Florist. I spoke to a lovely lady who was very happy to help. It was 11am on mothers day (Sunday) and they managed to sort me out a beautiful bouquet - same day delivery in a different town for a very reasonable delivery fee and I ended up with a very happy mum! They pulled out all the stops to keep me in the loop as i was ordering from a different county - prior to delivery they promptly sent me pictures of the bouquet and my receipt. The whole process was tailored and personal - right up to drawing pictures on the message card upon my request. I honestly cannot recommend them enough and will be seeing them for all my colourful, flowery needs! :)

As a new client, I was pretty much impressed with the reviews and some of our friends in Chelmsford recommended your shop. Being away from my home country for more than 40years, I don't know where to shop to cheer/appreciate my love ones with flowers that they like very much. The arrangement was lovely and the amount of flowers for a medium arrangement order, I think was substantial. Whilst the satisfactory arrangement and superb delivery service, my brother and wife however have reservations on the yellow and violet flowers/colors. It probably may be helpful for the customers to have color options i.e. if 1st choice color is pink and if not available, a red color can be chosen or a rainbow color perhaps as a third option. We understand the seasonality of the flowers, hence color options may be of help in the ordering especially with the end in mind of the buyer to satisfy the receiver .
